Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription, or remove individual add-on modules, at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are not refunded for partial months, unused modules or unused users, except where the law requires a refund.
If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect charge.
Removing modules
When you remove an add-on module, it stays active until the end of the billing period and is not charged after that. Data created in the module is kept, and becomes available again if you reactivate it.
Payments from your clients
Refunds of payments your clients made to you by card are handled through your own Stripe account and your agreement with your client. AgencyGenie does not issue refunds on behalf of agencies.
Your data after cancellation
You can export your data for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that, it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
