Tenant isolation
Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency on the platform. Staff, sales representatives, partners and clients each sign in to their own portal and only see what their role allows.
Role-based access
- Account administrators decide who can see clients, proposals, pricing and payments.
- Client Inbox shows each team member only the email threads of clients assigned to them.
- Internal costs and margins are hidden from clients and partners.
Encryption
All traffic to AgencyGenie runs over HTTPS. The agencygenie.app domain is on the browser HSTS preload list, so browsers refuse unencrypted connections to it.
Card payments
Card details are entered on Stripe and go directly to your Stripe account. Card numbers are never stored on AgencyGenie servers.
Audit trail
Approvals, signatures, payments and changes to proposals are recorded with the user, the version and the time, so you can show what was agreed.
Operations
- Servers are kept patched and monitored.
- Data is backed up regularly.
- Staff access to customer data is limited to what support requires.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@agencygenie.app with the subject “Security”. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
